Blak Ignited

Indigenous Owned & Led

Walking with schools, communities & organisations to transform the systems that shape how we lead, learn, and live - so everyone has space to rise.

We walk with those ready to move from intention to impact - through story, truth and deep cultural change.

This Is Not a Service.

It’s an invitation - to walk differently.

We don’t offer quick fixes or check-the-box consulting. We offer presence. Truth. Transformation. Our work is rooted in story, grounded in Country, and led by cultural and emotional intelligence. We believe real change starts with relationship - and we’re here to walk with those ready to rise.

More Than a Program,

It’s a Pathway to Transformation.

Founded by Tammy Baart, a proud Dharug woman of the Boorooberongal clan, Blak Ignited is grounded in lived experience, legacy, and cultural strength. Tammy is the first in her family to be recognised as human by the Australian census - and that legacy fuels a mission to ignite human potential through truth, care, and deep connection.

What We Offer

Blak Ignited supports those ready to grow beyond awareness into action - with culturally grounded services tailored to every setting.

We help schools go beyond performative action by embedding Indigenous perspectives into daily practice. From curriculum support to staff development and student leadership programs, our work builds culturally safe and inclusive learning environments where all voices are seen and valued.

With a deep respect for cultural authority, grassroots and Ancestral wisdom, we walk alongside communities to co-design identity-affirming spaces. Our approach centres healing, storytelling, and intergenerational leadership to support long-term change that honours Country and connection.

We work with organisations ready to lead differently - helping teams build cultural and emotional intelligence, navigate complexity with care, and align their work with frameworks like RAPs, UNDRIP, and Wiyi Yani U Thangani. Whether through coaching, cultural governance, or strategy, our partnerships are relational, not transactional.

For the first time I have truly experienced a cultural framework that I can apply on a daily basis! Tammy Baart has such a warm and accessible way of teaching people about this important topic so we all can be better allies to the Aboriginal community.
